Being a student at AI is challenging, tough at times, but always rewarding. Being a part of a smaller institute is very important to me, the time and training I get from Chefs and teachers is something you don't see at any other college. The student body is nothing but welcoming from the very first day you step foot on campus. At times of course it does get competitive between students, but most of us keep an open mind and are open and wanting critique from our own peers. I came to a school like the Art Institute because I love to cook of course, but I also love the challenge from the Chefs and the students. People are always pushing you to do better and to try harder, and to be open to new things. Surrounding myself in an environment that is constantly striving to do well, and to challenge it's students is probably the best decision I've made in my life so far. I look forward to what lies ahead in my future and as always, I'm ready for a challenge.
