I created my portfolio so that prospective employers could learn more about the skills I have learned while enrolled in the Culinary Arts program at the Art Institute of California, a college of Argosy University, San Diego.

The culinary program at the Art Institute has truly changed my as a person. I feel as though I'm more mature due to the responsibilities I've had to take on. I feel like I'm ready to take on the world.
